Terms of Service

The service

Bube Order lets you build and run an online store: product catalogue, content pages, orders, and a published storefront.

We may change or add features. If we remove something you materially depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the members you invite into your workspace.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it so the service can work.

You are responsible for your content being lawful and for having the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bube Order to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or resell the service as your own without agreement.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Selling through your storefront

You are the seller of record for orders placed through your storefront. Pricing, tax, fulfilment, refunds and customer support for those orders are your responsibility.

Bube Order is the software you use to run them, not a party to the sale.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

If payment fails we may downgrade or suspend the workspace after notifying you.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if required by law.

After termination you can export your content for 30 days; after that we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes are notified to account owners by email before they take effect.
